Tourism & Handicap Label

You can use public transport to get around Gujan-Mestras and the whole of the Sud Bassin conurbation.

The Sud Bassin bus network is called Baïa. There is a transport on demand (TAD) service for people with reduced mobility, which takes you from your home to your chosen destination within the COBAS area (Arcachon, La Teste-de-Buch, Gujan-Mestras, Le Teich), Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) from 8am to midnight. Each PRM can have a companion, for whom transport is free.

Prior registration is required at the Boutique Baïa (Place du Marché – 17 rue François Legallais – 33260 LA TESTE DE BUCH). For train journeys, please contact the SNCF for people with reduced mobility. To guarantee assistance at the station, make your request at least 24 hours before your departure.
