9am: Meet in front of "Le Limon" restaurant for breakfast, briefing and registration
10am: Departure by bike (not supplied by the organizer) towards Arcachon?s little port, rue des Marins (7 km)
11am: Crossing to Cap Ferret on UBA boats
12pm: Bélisaire jetty, towards the cycle path to Domaine de Lugées (Arès), where we will be welcomed by our friends from the Arès Telethon (25 km)
1pm: Snack
2pm: Departure for INTERSPORT Biganos (20 km)
3pm: Refreshment stop INTERSPORT Biganos
3:30 pm: Departure for La Hume (16 Km)
4:30 pm: Arrival at La Hume beach and welcome drink
